Special Education and Testing

There has to be a better way. Why must my special education students be forced to take the ARMT and SAT 10? We know the results before they ever pick up the pencil. We manage to shatter whatever confidence they had prior to the test. No matter how hard they try, and they do try hard, it seems to be to be a self-defeating process for my students.
